What to Expect During Your First Appointment
- Consultation | A detailed discussion about your medical history, symptoms (pain, location and duration), lifestyle & health goals.
- Physical Exam | A hands-on exam that may include checking range of motion, muscle strength, reflexes, and spinal alignment.
- Report of Findings | Dr. Naas will explain her diagnosis and propose a treatment plan, which may include follow-up adjustments, lifestyle adjustments and at-home exercises.
- Treatment/Adjustment | In many cases, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment during this initial visit to start treating the issue.
